WYNN RESORT RAK PROJECT IS ON TRACK-55% STRUCTURAL CONCRETE IS COMPLETE.

Wynn Resorts has announced that 55% of its integrated gaming resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is now completed. The concrete structure of the main resort tower has reached the 26th floor, with walls currently extending to the 29th floor. The construction team is making significant progress, completing one floor per week, with plans to top off the building in December 2025. Notably, in the past 100 days, the resort tower has increased in height by 44 meters.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is a highly anticipated luxury resort project being developed by Wynn Resorts in collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding. The resort, which is currently under construction, boasts an impressive team of over 90 architects and designers from Wynn Design and Development (WDD), along with a construction workforce of 9,100 members and the use of more than 100 concrete trucks daily.

Upon completion, the resort will feature 1,542 elegantly designed rooms and suites, with the tower structure already constructed for 1,121 guest rooms, which represents 73% of the total. Fit-out work is currently being conducted in approximately 820 rooms, with additional installations for elevators, escalators, and essential services progressing well. The resort is expected to open its doors in the first quarter of 2027 and is strategically located just 50 minutes from the Dubai International Airport.

Wynn Al Marjan Island aims to redefine luxury in the region, offering an extensive array of attractions including 22 diverse dining options, ranging from energetic social spots to fine dining experiences. The property will feature a vibrant nightclub showcasing internationally renowned DJs and a beach club situated on a pristine white sand beach along the Arabian Gulf. Guests will enjoy a lavish poolscape that spans 3.6 hectares, complete with multiple pools, private cabanas, and lush tropical landscaping.

Beyond accommodations and dining, the resort will house a 15,000-square-meter shopping promenade featuring premier luxury boutiques, as well as a five-star spa and salon. Business and event facilities will include a 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center and a theater for hosting a variety of entertainment experiences and private events.

Notably, Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to be the first integrated gaming resort in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, further elevating the luxury offering and entertainment options within the area. As construction progresses, it is clear that this resort aspires to become a flagship destination for luxury hospitality and entertainment in the region.
