Minor Hotels, a prominent global hospitality group, has announced plans to expand its NH Collection brand to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with the NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments set to launch in early 2028. The announcement was made during THINC Middle East, highlighting the hotel’s strategic location just one hour from Dubai International Airport and 30 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
The new property will feature 156 keys, including 120 beach-facing guest rooms and suites, as well as 36 branded serviced apartments. Guests can expect a range of facilities, such as four restaurants and bars, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a kids club, a games room, a retail shop, and a co-working space.
Owned by RRS International Development FZ-LLC, a leading real estate developer with extensive experience in the UAE high-end market, the hotel will be part of the rapidly growing tourism landscape in Ras Al Khaimah, which is home to several upcoming major developments, including the UAE’s first integrated resort.

Currently, Minor Hotels operates 17 properties across the UAE under various brands, including the recently launched Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The NH Collection brand made its UAE debut in February 2023 with NH Collection Dubai The Palm, marking a significant expansion for the brand beyond Europe and the Americas.
With such rapid additions, Al Marjan Island -Ras Al Khaimah is gearing up as a booming real estate and tourism hub for global investors and tourists!
