Marjan, the premier developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has entered into a partnership with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (Rakez) to bring to life the RAK Central HQ Office Complex within the upcoming mixed-use development known as RAK Central. This new office complex, set to feature five sustainable buildings, is scheduled for completion by the last quarter of 2026.

He welcomed the decision by RAKEZ and other entities to establish their headquarters in this innovative complex, foreseeing that the collaboration will enhance the region’s offerings as they collectively work to position Ras Al Khaimah as a global powerhouse for investors.
